We are currently building an internal knowledge management practice to
integrate firm-wide knowledge assets. A cross-border project is undergoing
to build the KM infrastructure, organization, process, and a learning culture
eventually. We are looking for more talents to join the KM team to build
an influential practice together.
1. Business Analyst for ABeam’s Knowledge Management Team
Required qualifications
- Must be analytical and curious by nature with a great sense of
business acumen
- Proven skills in oral and written communication
- Team focus, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- With a keen eye for detail
- Proficient English is a must and Japanese capability is a big plus
Job descriptions
- Conduct data consolidation and analysis to support the delivery of
KM strategy and programs
- Support global/regional KM communication and coordination activities
- Design and implement surveys and templates to collect KM-related
information within ABeam
- Support KM content management
- Support KM promotion campaign design and implementation
- Assist in KM performance tracking
- Support administrative tasks
2. Technical Analyst for ABeam’s Knowledge Management Team
Required qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for improving business
efficiency by using technological solutions
- Proven skills in oral and written communication
- Solid web-design and DBMS technical knowledge
- Experience with SQL/MySQL
- Keen eye for UI implementation
- Experience dealing with network connectivity issues
- Experience monitoring global systems is a plus
- Superior Excel and Access skills; proficient PowerPoint skills
- Proficient English is a must and Japanese capability is a big plus
Job descriptions
- Support technical requirement intake and interpretation
- Analyze problems and develop solutions to operational problems
- Identify information management improvements
- Support the implementation of packaged applications and systems
integration
- Evaluate the performance of network resources
- Stay in the cutting edge for technologies or tools which could
effectively improve operational performance
