渣打銀行2011國際儲備幹部召募活動已正式開跑，舉凡國內外大學或研究所畢業，不限科
系，具有強烈學習慾望，想要超越自我並接受挑戰者(男需役畢及具備在台灣工作資格)，歡
迎加入申請行列。
渣打國際儲備幹部的培訓課程為期兩年，整套完整的訓練發展計畫中，含括在國外與來自全
球的國際儲備幹部一起培訓的新進人員訓練, 以及在國內分別於不同部門的輪調實習. 整
個過程中，不僅可以讓國際儲備幹部深入瞭解組織架構，學習到紮實的營運流程，風險控
制，以及產品知識..等，也能夠建立起良好的人脈網絡。
