常看新聞提到醃製品吃多了對身體不好
有防腐劑 亞硝酸鹽...等等(非這方面專家有誤還請指正)
想請教那如果肉品現醃現煮來食用的話(不添加防腐成分)
這些問題是否就不存在 相對就沒有健康的問題嗎?
一般的醃製品都該做哪些檢驗項目呢?
如果醃製幾小時曬乾後, 與上述馬上食用情況比較如何?
需要檢驗的項目有沒有不同?
