主菜低加啦~~~~~~~~~~~~
0730-0750 全體暖身操+球場兩圈
0750-0810 跑壘衝刺(H-1B,1B-3B,3B-H)*2,(H-2B,2B-H)*2
0810-0815 休息
0815-0900 KGB,30m擲準*10,壘間傳球
0900-0905 休息
0905-0940 內外野分開守備練習
0940-1000 內野跑位補位DP練習,外野補位練習
1000-1010 休息
1010-1100 一組(先發)CASE練習,另一組打擊練習
打擊菜單:空揮*20,打點(toss)*15,打網兩輪共30球
打完跟相同守位互換
1100-1105 休息
1105-1200 原則是FREE,一個人七球,要求至少三球要咬到點平飛(所謂的打平的)
沒有平飛也請至少咬到點(滾地也行),以能夠考驗守備方的擊球為上
少一球打網+10球,空揮+10次
以上是今日主菜,至於休息時間呢~?
我只能說練的多,比賽時讓你休息的時間會更多~!!
不然,我覺得六點半開始練會有更多休息時間喔^.<
