[閒聊] 寒假作業
放假囉!!!
回去有傷得好好休養,我希望寒假後不要有人跟我說受傷喔! 我不受理^^
以下我希望各位可以每天好好去做 畢竟離大會盃只剩幾個月而已
攻擊手
每天
扶力挺身20下*3(能不跪地做 就不跪地)
蹲到最低用力往上跳10*3
墊腳尖30*3
舉球員(葳葳 小小魔 海綿 季安)
每天
手指扶力挺身 稱到手痠*5
墊腳尖30*3
有球就對空托球300顆(能去做就去做 能連續下去就連續下去)
以上能做就去做 不要偷懶 做前請拉拉身體 做完請收操
功課一個禮拜至少做3次 每個禮拜日11:59前推文已做完這禮拜的份
從你推文看到那禮拜開始算起 我會記錄喔!!!
每個禮拜挑一天去跑步或是去打球 有益身體健康和"減肥"
看到的請"推文""推文" 沒推的 寒訓讓我遇到下場就是......你可以期待一下^^
一樣有問題 可以臉書或是寄B信跟我說~
做這些不要給我做到受傷 我一樣不受理^^
