[情報] 男生女生都看一下吧..
ㄟ..二婷剛有問我暑訓的練習方式..
我就在此大約說一下吧..
基本上因為我在暑訓期間仍是在上班中..
所以早上大約0840就會離開..
因此早上的練習是從0600就開始..
而0600前就必須熱身完成..
因此大約0540-0545就要到齊..先跑五圈..再熱身..
之後就練防守..進攻..快攻..與一些機遇的戰術..
暑訓除了原本的二三區域..還會有三二與盯人..
進攻除了現在的破二三..還會有另外二至三套的進攻..
還有幾種底線發球與邊線發球
加上全場包夾兩個跟半場包夾兩個與你們練過的二三包夾的改良版
最後就幾個倒數秒數時的戰術..
ㄟ..我會找金漢幫個忙..內線的你們有福啦..
下午1530到1800是投籃與上籃練習
因為我不在..所以你們一定要按照標準自我要求
晚上則是講一下戰術就休息啦..
第一天是星期日..
所以只是讓你們收一下心..先適應"暑訓"..
反正你們只管找好住的地方..
準備盥洗用具與換穿的衣服..
人準時出現就可以啦..
就降啦..
