Analyst Program Overview
The three year intensive development program will give you exposure and
insight into our Private Banking strategy, products and business groups. The
Analyst Program is designed to develop the fundamental knowledge and skills
in order for you to build a long term career within Private Banking. At the
end of the three year program, top performing Analysts will have the
opportunity to continue onto the next phase at the firm. Promotional
opportunities within J.P. Morgan are based on our business needs and the
Analyst’s performance.
Throughout the three year program, you will receive structured training,
hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, as well
as numerous development opportunities, to enable you to advance toward your
career goals. As you progress in your training, you will assume significant
responsibility by interacting with senior management and working directly
with clients.
As a Full Time Analyst in Private Banking, you will work with top-tier
professionals to help the world’s wealthiest individuals, families,
foundations and endowments to grow, manage and sustain their wealth. You will
work as part of an integrated team to deliver personalized and comprehensive
financial solutions across every facet of wealth management to our clients.
Personal Attributes & Requirements
Qualifications and Essential Experiences
· Bachelor or Masters/Advanced degree graduates
· Solid academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent
· Highly motivated with entrepreneurial drive
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Aptitude for sales and client relationship management
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Knowledge of, and passion for, the financial markets
· Strong initiative, energy and confidence
· Good judgment and discretion, as Analysts work with highly
confidential information
· Fluency in Asian language/s and cultural knowledge (essential for
placement in specific teams e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa, Malaysian etc.)
Technical Skills
· Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint
· Appropriate local regulatory qualifications and licenses
