雖然每個人都有收到所秘的信但是為了提升這封信在一堆垃圾信中的能見度且讓班版有一點點功能還是po了 XD 這好像是12/7的PBL要討論的題目的樣子 Guidelines and assignments for Mol Biol PBL class on Dec 07, 2010 To address the problems, prepare ppt slides in a CD (the whole group, each slides with names of the contributors, 10-12 slides suggested) for no more than 15 min presentation time, turn in the CD to Dr. Chiang in IMM no later than 5 pm on Friday (Dec. 03). 1. Describe the characteristics of various variants of green fluorescent proteins and related fluorescent proteins, including GFP, YFP, CFP, RFP , Venus,and Cerulean.(IMM1) 2. What is luminescence? Compare chemoluminescence, bioluminescence, and fluorescence. (IMT1) 3. Describe fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET ) (IMM2) 4. Describe bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET). (IMT2) 5. Describe single-color bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) and multicolor BiFC. (IMM3) 6. Compare BiFC to FRET in application for protein-protein interactions. (IMT3) 7. If A protein and B protein compete with each other for association with a complex formed by C and D proteins, please design experiments to differentially visualize ACD and BCD complexes in living cells using fluorescence-based methods.
