POSITION:
‧Junior IT Support Officer
‧Working location: Taipei
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
‧Assist users on office automation problems for hardware and software
‧Report all equipment breakdowns promptly to support teams or vendors;
follow up the necessary action.
‧Perform tasks as defined necessary by Management (Regional & local).
‧Identify potential security threats and enforce security policies,
processes, and procedures
‧Coordinate with ITEC application support teams to provide application
support to the users
KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
‧Solid knowledge in Windows and Unix mixed network. Market date,
virtualization, network and storage managmeent is a plus.
‧Practical understanding of a datacenter environment
Experience in BCP, ITIL and information security
‧Demonstrated skills and expertise in vendor manager and effectively
controlling all fiscal responsibilities
‧Must have excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
