DKSH Taiwan this June.

The Position - Project Manager
The Project Manager will support the Business Development Manager in terms of various project creation, execution and communication with top management for
strategy implementation.
The project manager will be responsible for
1. Internal operation projects as improving service organization or developing
a structured sales approach for particular sales team
2. Strategic business initiatives regarding channel development, supplier and
vendor relations.
3. Close communication with Country Manager and General Managers for project
design, approach and updates
4. Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, analyzing and re-designing
processes； propose and implement changes
5. The first major project will be linked to the implementation of an IT
solution for the Service department team. The incumbent will work alongside
the Service Management team to design and implement the processes needed to
create a world-class service organization.
6. Close communication with Service Managers to conduct Change Management. 7. Understand the business requirements/needs, identify gaps/opportunities
and align with the IT solution.
7. Present report to DKSH Vice President Technical Services regarding
implementation and evaluation of strategy for subsequent implementations in
Japan, China, Thailand, Australia etc…
8. The Project Manager will also support as needed marketing and sales
functions in Technology unit. He will complete various projects and special
assignments by establishing objectives.
