社課介紹:本社課為茶藝的入門講座,將從基本茶葉知識如採摘、製茶,
乃至泡法、器具、性質與滋味等做概括性的介紹。除了讓同學熟悉某些術
語、對茶有些基本的認識之外,同學亦能透過此概述的課程發覺自己感興
趣的領域如製茶、茶種改良、泡茶技巧、儀態,或特別喜愛的茶類。日後
若欲深入瞭解細部專門茶學,便讓此次大方向的社課帶您踏上認識茶的第
一步罷。
Introduction to the Course: This is the basic course for tea,
generally introducing from knowledge about tea leaves such as
tea picking and tea producing, ways of and tools needed for
brewing tea, and the features and taste of different kinds of
tea. You can not only, in some degree, have background knowledge
about tea and be familiar with some terms often used through
this course, but also can you know which aspect(s) of the art
of tea you are more interested in and even search for further
knowledge in the future. For example, tea producing, tea breeding,
skills and postures of tea brewing, or particular types of tea
you are especially interested in. For those who are interested
in tea and subdivided knowledge, this general course may help you
posit the first step towards the world of tea.
