其實，這是一個在單純不過的言論自由的案子
學生的表意自由與學校教育任務的衝突
當然在本案脈絡下，學生言論所表現的是：為了曝光增加知名度、無任何意義
學校的教育任務：反毒目的
學生的Nonsense Speech是否仍受到美憲增修條文第一條的保障？
不過，比較令人玩味的的是（或許可能只是我個人感興趣的地方啦）
這篇comment的最後一句話：
"He got his fame, and now the Court needs to render a decision in
no uncertain terms that makes it clear to all students (and their
parents) that they don't have a constitutional right to say stupid
things in school. "
