我在英文課上有一個作業要寫一封信
英文課上的同學都寫給親人(爺爺媽媽之類的)
但我一拿到作業就想到你們大家
so 這是我的作業XD
Dear Comrades,
It has been an honor to fight side by side with you over the past two
months. Every single night, as the sun dipped below the horizon, we struggled
on through the dark with the howls of our foes ringing in our ears as they
tried but failed to intimidate us. And we will never surrender, for we defend
our land, honor and are our people’s only hope.
“We gonna win! Win! Win! Win!Win! Win! Accounting cheers! Go five win!
Who is number one? We are number one!” We leapt into the air until our thighs
burn; we did the splits until our muscles screamed for mercy; we crawled and
rolled on the ground until our knees were bruised and our elbows scared.
Still, not a tear was shed, for we can be destroyed, but not defeated.
On nights when the sky was clear and the silence enveloped the battlefield,
we would lie on the ground and savor the peaceful atmosphere. Thousands of
stars lit and warmed the air as we allowed the breeze to soothe our wounds
And do you remember the commitment we made that no matter what, we will always
hold our heads up high. Everything eventually turns to dust, but the memories
which we have created will last forever-memories of fighting together to become
the cheerleading champions!
