[心得] 3/19好累好累的第六次練習
嘿啊
以後跳啦啦那天不可以做重訓,不然會軟腳軟手
今天做chair就知道了吧!
不過仍要給大一的學弟妹們拍拍手,今天應該不少組chair上去了吧
下次練習我要看到更多組喔
單股立姿、插秧,再練幾次就要換新了
你們真的很不錯喔,再接再厲!!
沒忘記惠文學姐說的toss跨騎吧~我們已經給大家很多機會練toss囉
要說到做到,男生肌力不夠,女生不會跳,拍子對不到的趕快問,趕快修
今天好累,但覺得蠻充實的
學弟妹不要太勉強自己,會累會酸會痛就暫停一下
才剛剛開始就有學妹受傷(喔不)
啦啦隊沒有本錢讓我們受傷了
加油,保重!!
