Description
Wealth Management Investment Products and Services (IPS) brings together
product specialists from various business divisions involved in product
development, coverage/sales support and execution, and provides best-
in-class services to various client segments, under a single roof. IPS aims
to make UBS's services and expertise easily available to client advisors and
clients out of an integrated and efficient organization, and to develop
investment products and services, based on the capabilities of the entire
firm, that satisfy our clients' needs.
The business sectors within IPS include Capital Markets, Advisory Products,
Wealth Planning, Investment Products, and Investment Management. As a
Graduate Training Program participant, you will provided an intensive
learning experience that enables you to hit the ground running with
confidence. You will rotate through a couple of sectors to broaden your
product knowledge and extend your network of contacts. Exposure to various
areas, such as products, sales, risk, marketing, or management, will provide
you with an understanding of Wealth Management and how our business
functions. The graduate program commence in July 2013.

Requirements
We look for candidates who are in the final year of their degree across any
disciplines or recently graduated and available to start the Graduate
Training Program in July 2013. We seek highly talented individuals with a
range of perspectives, skills, the potential to make a real difference and
offer them superb career opportunities to match their potential. Academic
credentials are important but these need to be coupled with a history of
outstanding performance in extracurricular activities, internships and
academic projects. Familiarity with Taiwan market and an appreciation of
finance will be strongly preferred.
