Business Development Associate- Japan Market
Business Development Associate is a business development role of Klook expansion of Japan in-destination products. The job duties involved acquisition of Japan in-destination activities and vendor account management . The role will also be working with multiple internal channels to ensure the quality and delivery of the Japan products meet market and channel needs.
Responsibilities
‧ Acquisition of Japan in-destination activities which involve legal, operational and finance discussion and negotiation with vendors.
‧ Vendor account management including; vendor set up, operation, listing process and maintain price parity.
‧ Strategic planning and optimization of margin and coverage.
‧ Coordination with internal marketing and distribution channel to push product promotions and provide details in product highlights.
Skill and Personality
‧ Self-driven and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
‧ Strong problem solving skills
‧ Strong process control ability and results-driven.
‧ Proven strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external parties.
‧ Can work independently while possess strong team spirit. .
‧ 2+ years of work experience
‧ Experience in travel or online background is preferred.
‧ Experience working with Japanese corporation or vendors is a plus
‧ Demonstrated ability to learn fast and must be detailed driven.
‧ Fluent in Japanese is required. Preferred with strong Mandarin communication skills. English is a plus
