1.請說明並檢討Rawls的theory of justice(正義論)。請務必在你的說明中整合以下概
念:正義二原則、oringinal position(原初處境)、效益主義、veil of ignorance(無知
之幕)。
2.請說明Robert Nozick 的minimal state的概念，並說明他根據何種理由主張minimal
state。
3.請說明Hobbes如何回答question of justification of political theory，Hobbes
的回答有何問題。
4.請說明moral realism(道德實在論)和moral emotivism(道德情緒論)的差異，及他們
各自的問題。請在你的說明中整合入以下的概念:action-guiding(行動指導性)，
categorical imperative(定言令式)、 hypothetical imperative(假言令式)。
5.請說明Kant如何測試道德判斷的合法性。請在你的說明中整合對以下概念的說明:
uiversalizability principle(可普遍化原則)，maxim of action ，也請說明
kant的理論所遇到的問題。
