UBS is Searching Securities Operations Specialist in Securities Entity
Job Descriptions:
Principal roles are as follows:
- Client account opening & management
- Securities trade clearing & settlement
- Minimize risk exposure and improve the processing flow and efficiency
- Coordination with internal and external (overseas) parties
- Risk control and procedure set up
- Support operation change/enhancement projects
- Support new business initiatives
Requirements:
The successful candidate will require the skills, attributes and behaviors
listed in the additional requirements below:
- 0 to 5 years working experience in related field
- With major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Management
Information Systems is a plus
- Detailed oriented. A fast learner and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic, persistence and determination to ensure quality works.
- Strong level of computer literacy and understanding. Working knowledge of
MS Word Excel & Outlook
- Securities personnel license is must (Futures personnel license is a plus)
- Good command of English communication
- Presentation skill and project experience is an advantage
