一、解釋名詞：說明下列名詞的意義與重要性，選擇五題作答 (每題3分，共15分)

二、簡答題：選擇4題作答 (每題10分，共40分)
1.何謂「囚犯困境」 (Prisoner's Dilemma)?請舉例說明「囚犯困境」如何有助吾人
了解與分析國際關係。
2.女性主義 (Feminism)學者對於國際關係研究的現狀有許多批評，請說明女性主義國
際關係研究的主要觀點。
3.艾麗生 (Graham Allison)的三個模式 (model)是研究外交政策決策的依據，請說
明此三個模式之要點。
4.卡普蘭 (Morton Kaplan)認為19世紀歐洲權力平衡體系穩定的關鍵在於列強遵行遊
戲規則，請扼要說明這些規則。
5.「權力」 (power)是國際關係的核心概念，請說明權力的構成要素 (elements)為
何。
三、申論題 (每體22.5分，共45分)
1.建構主義 (Constructivism)公認是最有可能挑戰新現實主義 (Neorealism)與新自
由制度主義 (Neoliberal Institutionalism)，成為國際關係研究的主要理論架構
，請分析建構主義的基本論點。
2.「集體安全」 (collective security)與「集體防禦」(collective defense)為維
護國際安全的兩種機制，但一般人對兩者經常混淆不清；請由基本假設、使用手段
與必要條件等層面，探討「集體安全」與「集體防禦」兩者的異同之處。
