【工作內容】
1.Perform both a doer and checker for daily routine covers trade settlement,
underlying security's pricing, cash and holding reconciliation, NAV
calculation and announcement and regulatory reporting process;
2.Perform the checking on a day to day basis of valuation for SITE overseas
direct investment funds provided by the outsourced service provider;
3.Provide support on investment administration matters;.
Provide operational support for business and oversight initiatives;
4.Issues followed with the Global / TW dealing or settlement team/ brokers
and custodian bank;
5.Assistance in the production of internal reports for fund manager and
external reports for discretionary accounts ;
Responsibilities:
1.Perform reconciliation of cash on a daily basis and holding on a weekly
basis
2.Ensure the all pricing and trade settlement process are properly and timely
3.Perform daily fund valuation and NAV announcement for the following
products
- SITE public funds
- SITE private placement funds
- Discretionary accounts
4.Maintenance of fee schedules/FX Rate/Fund profile/Banking account in Fund
Accounting system
5.Perform the user access testing for any system changes 6.Liaison with
outsourced provider / custodian bank / STICA
7.Production of the regular internal/external and regulatory reporting
8.Assistance depending on incoming queries and/ or projects
【徵求條件】
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.SITCA / SITE or Senior broker License
3.Good communication skill in English
4.At least 2 years working experience in the related field.

【薪資範圍】
※行政院勞委會於96年7月1日起調漲基本工資為月薪17,280元，時薪95元
※無薪資、比照國科會、比照本校規定、面議、電議，薪資不清等水桶一週
月薪4萬以上(依資歷有空間增加)
