受訓期：6個月
薪資：受訓期：業務-$55,000，專業人才-$43,000
結訓後：業務-$58,000，專業人才-$47,000
結訓後以『資深專員』任職

以下為簡單介紹
Taishin FHC, Taiwan recruits outstanding young graduates from the top schools in the world to be part of our Management Associate program. The objective of the program is to build a pipeline of leadership talent for Taishin FHC . The program is a structure entry-point that leasts approximately 2-6 months long and is designed to prepare high potential individuals for senior management roles through a series of formal seminars, structured rotations and stretch assignments across different business
segments, helping fresh talent develop a strong understanding of our businesses, market, products, services and culture. Some of our rotational programs include an overseas assignment.
Candidate Profile - the Right Fit
