這個盟以有趣為主，參考生啤盟嘗試交易攔截制，加入Line群之後會有詳細規則說明，
應該可以發現交易並不是投票決定還是盟主決定成功與否，就是因為要試用交易攔截制，
並不是一個人說了算，原則上希望交易盡量公平也可以兼顧娛樂性。
有鑑於正規賽最後一週許多球員直接關機，因此季後賽提前一周。
雖說以好玩有趣為主，但還是希望大家多進行交易及丟撿球員，
拜託拜託，真的不要再有死魚，如果發現一整週沒有動作會警告一次，
兩次警告會直接踢出盟。
