This patch adds updated rosters accurate as of January 13th, 2007 complete
with cyberfaces for all missing players. It also updates player ratings for
better performance as well as jersey numbers and other bio data.
Additionally, primacy ratings have been adjusted for better shot
distribution. This patch also adds several missing legends (such as Michael
Jordan) complete with cyberfaces and portraits.
