我覺得就是給他們最好的禮物
因為他們生涯無法一直有這樣的機會
也可能無法時常有這樣的對待
所以必須給他們設立一個高標準
這也是他們自己應該希望的
所以我不認為這是一種缺乏耐心的表現
更像是在表達：
「嘿，無論你覺得自己是誰，我依然認為我們能達到某個標準，而我們必須做到。」
這就是我對待年輕人的準則
