Q:I'm not trying to insinuate he's a bad coach by any means, but I'm unsure on
why he's generally considered a top 5 coach in the league ? I don't really
know much on this subject so I don't want to assume anything, if any Mavs
fans or fans in general could help me out that would be terrific.

and it's been an honor to see him coach the mavs.

For example this past week after the Mavs lost to the Nets, Carlisle drilled
his team in practice on defensive rebounding and it showed in their win
yesterday against the Clippers. He can give his players this mentality to
succeed when they listen.
