The obvious change? Luke Walton needs to go. The embattled coach has made indefensible decisions with his lineups. He has failed to coax consistent effort out of his roster on defense. His offense consistently boils down to one player dribbling while four others stand around and watch. The Lakers need new energy in the building. They need someone who can command the respect of everybody on the roster. The reactions to this game from the media were clear: there is no reason for Walton to remain the coach of this team.
