先前哈登(James Harden)上傳了一張肌肉線條分明的照片,令人為之驚艷,也讓人感受
到哈登在這個夏天積極苦練所付出的努力。

近日,美國媒體也報導了哈登在今年夏天的健身祕訣,除了正常的訓練外,還加入了瑜珈
和彼拉提斯,同時在飲食習慣上也做了調整。
報導中寫著:「哈登在上個賽季平均數據達到29分11助攻8籃板,而且球權使用率高達
34.1%,創下生涯新高。然而他在球季後段和季後賽最後卻顯得過於疲憊。因此,他把瑜
珈和彼拉提斯加入在日常生活之中,專注於休息,調整飲食,目的就是為了維持更好的狀
態,與保羅(Chris Paul)激盪出最強的二重奏。」
想像一下,當一位NBA球員投入到瑜珈和彼拉提斯之中,這情景無疑是非常有趣,也更讓
人期待哈登在新球季的表現。
