一般人在下降的時候再做動作就失去平衡了吧?
就算你不做出額外的動作, 光是出手就已經沒有協調性了.
但是能打NBA的都不是一般人.
很多人都說現在的科學訓練+飲食讓NBA球員的體質+運動能力大幅提升,
如果能訓練出這種滯空能力應該在場上很好用才是,
但是我卻沒看過其他球員做過這種動作,
到底是這種落地跳投訓練不出來呢? 還是現今的NBA並不需要這種能力?

離題得太多, 這種上籃動作轉拉桿的高光MJ有一堆, 其他球星也不少
上籃你可以利用起跳那刻往前撐的力量來決定你要不要轉身,
甚至可以決定轉身的幅度,
出手動作更沒有任何限制,
跳投則限制你一定要面框, 手肘一定要舉高, 導致出手角度跟使力有一定限制
兩者在落地的時候出手哪一個難度比較高不用我多說吧
