On Tuesday night, the Minnesota Timberwolves announced that Adreian Payne is o ut indefinitely with a blood condition. Payne is being treated for a condition of low platelet count known as thrombocytopenia.? The condition can cause ble eding, bruising and slow blood clotting after injury. “Our primary concern is for the health of Adreian. We look forward to him rej oining the team at the appropriate time.” While Payne currently is receiving care from team doctors, chances for a recov ery and return to the court are good. Get well soon Adreian.
