[新聞] 師法「浪花兄弟」 林書豪投籃改造計畫成
經過1年改造投籃姿勢的陣痛期,林書豪表示,肌肉已經逐漸適應新的運動方式,而且
新球季他在籃網將以先發控衛出發,更能幫助自己穩定投籃姿勢。
《紐約郵報》報導,一向給人印象運球較為出色的林書豪,近期對投籃下了不少苦工,他
自估每週都得投5000顆球,而這不是投籃次數,是投籃進球的次數。
「我知道我下了多少功夫,所以這個球季,我對自己的投籃更有自信。」林書豪表示,去
年他改變投籃姿勢,只是長達10年的肌肉記憶,怎能說變就變,因此上個球季他其實很沮
喪,有時甚至不曉得用得是哪個姿勢。
林書豪表示,會想要改姿勢是發現自己的投籃穩定性不佳,跳得太高而且出手時球擺太後
面,一旦當腿感到疲勞時,命中率就會下滑,但他觀察「浪花兄弟」柯瑞、湯普森都沒有
這個問題,就算離籃框很遠,也都能穩定投籃。
