[新聞] 葛瑞芬為提升速度 與短跑名將傑特訓練
據RealGM消息,快艇內線戰將葛瑞芬(Blake Griffin)為了提高場上的速度,邀請美國
田徑名將傑特(Carmelita Jeter)指導訓練。
傑特是3屆奧運會獎牌得主,田徑100米專家,並擁有3項最快前10記錄。他要求葛瑞芬在
賽道上進行熱身訓練,便發現葛瑞芬的跑步缺點,即低頭屈身跑步的姿勢。「一旦你彎腰
跑步,你就已經垮掉了,」傑特表示:「無論你覺得自己可以取得什麼樣的速度,那也早
就達不到了。」
「我一直堅信,在運動場上要想打敗對手、或者是跟上對手的腳步,啟動後的最先兩步是
重中之重,」葛瑞芬說:「這就是為什麼我要邀請傑特在洛杉磯幫助我訓練。」
