He is under contract for three more years at $35 million. They have two future picks on the books, including the Warriors’ pick in 2017 and the Thunder’s future first-rounder (which probably will come in 2018). It is unlikely that Utah, with a pick in the 12-13 range, will find an instant answer to its backcourt issue in a draft short on guards and shooters. The most gaping hole is experience — no one on the roster has been in the league more than five years.
