大約兩小時的訪談,布萊恩與哈芬頓分享了人生中從兒時到成功的經驗,Kobe表示生活環
境中總有不少靈感讓人有新的想法,連看知性頻道也能從獵豹動作聯想到如何加強籃球技
巧,「當你們看我後仰跳投時,會注意到我的腳是伸展開的。其實過去我在後仰跳投遇過
麻煩,某天,當我看知性頻道時,看到獵豹正在獵食,當牠全速奔跑時,尾巴總可以幫牠
維持身體平衡,就算移動時轉彎角度難度高,都不成問題,當下我心想:我的腳也可以像
獵豹的尾巴那樣,對吧?」
提到睡眠,Kobe透露,過去我常一晚只睡3、4個小時,那時我很難讓腦子靜下來,不過現
在已經可以睡到6至8小時了。」Kobe補充,隨著年紀增長,他了解適時放輕鬆、淨空心靈
的重要,才增加了睡眠時間。
