安東尼的私人訓練師IdanRavin表示
安東尼在今年夏天減重的目的是為了成為隊友們的榜樣,然後在下賽季更好的領導球隊。
Ravin表示“安東尼想成為領袖,然後成為世界上前三好的球員。”
“就是持之以恆,他不會訓練4天,然後減重一些
然後就停止了,長期的堅持帶來了改變。”
安東尼最近發布了他最新的訓練照片,照片顯示他看起來比上賽季瘦了很多。
Ravin表示,體重不是問題,體脂才是安東尼的問題。
“一名球員減重不一定代表著他會有更出色的表現,不但要減重
還要減少其他的東西(體脂),安東尼是減少了一些體重,但是他瘦麼?
不,他是世界一流的運動員,他非常健壯,所以這不是關於減重,而是減少體脂。”
“詹姆斯也許覺得減重現在對他來說有幫助,但是當他打球的時候
這不會有太大的幫助,人人都在進行著嘗試。”
不是要變瘦,是為了要變得更壯
另外問一下,70%肌肉+30%肥肉跟100%肌肉到底哪個力氣比較大?
