[討論] Kevin Durant的速度和碰撞力怎麼練出來已回收
從07年Durant剛進Nba時,他就是那種瘦長身材
那時候老實說很不看好他,
因為他不僅體測墊底,除了投籃感覺一無是處,
而且那時的急停跳投很容易受到影響失去平衡而不協調,
將近七年過去了,Durant成了現在的Durant
雖然有變壯,但以Nba來講還是偏瘦,
但從現在的比賽Durant不論切入或是急停跳投都是無解
這兩招可以說是最吃速度和碰撞力的招,
很好奇Durant這麼瘦的身材碰撞力為何會突飛猛進???
而且速度爆發力也進步超多
比賽也越來越少看到他被撞飛的情況
