[問題] 不太練胸會失衡嗎?
玩舉重的關係,常常做的力量項目是前蹲跟借力肩推
雖然自認活動度還不錯,但之前總會因為上胸的關係,讓我front rack很不舒服,沒有辦法
很順利傳遞力量,而且抓舉時肩膀感覺會過勞(就算是過兩三天也這樣)
前兩個禮拜去了旅行沒有練,胸好像縮了一點,再做以上兩項時發現順了不少,也不會因被
上胸阻礙而拉扯到上背
所以想問有類似經驗的人嗎? 因為想之後玩鎮的比賽,現在感覺不太想因此阻礙進步。
