[問題] 練腿方式選擇?消失
最近常練健身房的推蹬機,在家也只能拿啞鈴蹲感覺沒什麼效率
腿蹬機大概練了兩個禮拜終於可以以推到80KG,離目標100KG不遠了
爬文看到腿蹬機推很重會骨折...我都沒用護膝...還好剛開始推的時候有人教我怎麼推,膝蓋向外開不能打直也不能蹲太低
想問一下
腿蹬機、槓鈴硬舉、槓鈴後(前)深蹲
練哪兩個效率比較佳?小健身房槓鈴架只有一個
我健身房一個禮拜只去2~3次,剩下都再家裡練,我知道還有很多深蹲的方式,但我家沒槓鈴,用槓鈴比較有效率吧?
