[問題] 長短腿可以重訓嗎?消失
幫朋友問一下
我朋友以前只有上有氧課的經驗
沒有接觸過重訓
所以找教練幫忙重訓
但目前上三堂課
教練都以我朋友有長短腿 骨盆歪斜的理由
請我朋友做核心訓練(棒式)跟腹式呼吸
然後說我朋友現在這樣的狀況做重訓很危險
會受傷
我朋友的想法是
當初想重訓是想要增肌減脂
但現在教練完全只是在做很基本的運動
而且也不說什麼時候可以重訓
我朋友並不想每次花一千多塊 只是去做棒式
抬腿 跟腹式呼吸
離開也不會流汗 也完全沒有增肌減脂
感覺好像是付錢去做骨盆矯正
不曉得這樣的狀況是正常的嗎
還是該怎麼跟教練溝通呢
