[問題] 增重飲食建議消失
ttde是2286
目前68kg 想增重到72左右
早餐
一碗濃豆漿。 150
3顆饅頭 500
午餐
麵或飯 約400
下午
一袋吐司 930
晚餐兩碗飯 560 菜加肉
水果 84
一天下來 約2600吧
打算吃一個月看成效
吃到目標就減量了
假日可能會吃比較少
這樣吃法會有什麼大問題嗎?
我知道可能會體脂衝高 不過我想先增重在減脂
