[問題] 有人是以建多為主嗎消失
建多
就是舉很多下
重量很輕 拼肌耐力那種
硬舉500下那樣 最後可能力竭是那種連站都站不穩
練肌耐力和心肺
缺點是祖間很長...等你下一組的人可能已經回家了ㄡ...
