大家好 小弟我目前還是大學生
想請大家能給我一點建議
我從上學期開始萌生了健身的想法 亂練了一學期後覺悟了
想認真並持續的努力下去
目前我172 62 體脂約17% 身材很差 力量很小
目前早餐吃白煮蛋3~4顆配豆漿或牛奶
午餐晚餐 吃學校自助餐 睡前再吃早餐的配置
因為真的沒有多餘的錢買乳清
如果該補充多的蛋白質要直接增多蛋的數量嗎
健身方面則是做到我適合的重量後
可以做很多組 但往上加個5kg做不到一組就不行了
每次去做都感覺很像是在有氧 都沒有突破的感覺
做完到隔天也沒有酸痛感
肯請大家給我點意見 謝謝
