[問題] 伏地挺身跟引體向上 (女
今年三月開始健身
有請私人教練
因為教練會帶 胸推 深蹲 手臂 肩膀 背肌 臀部 大腿後側 腹肌滾輪等等 都盡量練到
引體向上 從一下都拉不起來
到現在正手可以拉連續6~8下...第7、8下 幾乎力竭...再下去可能會崩潰那種...
主要視當天體能狀況,狀況好的話可以拉多一點。
我只練正手,因為身邊男生朋友說正手是最難的...想說直接練最難的比較快...。
但是伏地挺身,不知道為什麼,很難練,做到15下就覺得很難受...想說可能手臂力量不夠
,但是教練說手臂是小肌肉會比大肌群難練。
無法想像怎麼有人可以做50下之類的...。
身邊有瘦小的女生朋友 可以做到連續50下...
不知道板上有沒有女生 是伏地挺身 慢慢練起來的?
覺得有時候 身體肌肉 強度 比較是天生+後天訓練 如果天生某部位肌肉就不太強 怎麼練
還是一樣無力...
