[閒聊] 脖子旁邊的肌肉不平衡
大家安安
我是剛加入重量訓練一個月的新手
最近發現
靠近脖子左右兩邊的斜方肌
放鬆狀態是對稱的
但
左邊的可以很輕鬆地拱起來
右邊的無法做到同樣的動作
所以用力的時候就會一高一低
但我明明是右撇子
工作也沒特別用左手
應該不是長期用左手_____槍的原因吧?
有什麼方法或動作可以改善呢?
