[討論] 如果當天沒練夠 可以幾小時內補完
有時譬如說去海邊
為了拍照好看
所以做了幾組幾十下的伏地挺身
但伏地挺身的重量對肌肉的刺激似乎不太夠 不過 如果是隔天又練胸 可能因為肌肉沒休
滿48小時又練 會有種傷上加傷的感覺 所以就會想在當天回市區後再補做到力竭 而不要
等到隔天補練 也不想等到後天
那麼 當天如果已經練過的位置
幾個小時內補練還有效 且不會傷上加傷呢 是幾個小時內 或是當天睡前都可以補練?
