[問題] 減脂動作請益
各位巨巨好
肥宅我最近體檢完被醫生警告要減肥
於是就一腳踏上了減脂的不歸路
因為跑步膝蓋會痛的關係 所以選擇游泳當作我的首要運動
但因為平時要上班 比較沒有那麼多時間去游泳池
想詢問有沒有適合居家做的減脂運動
看到有文章推薦"高抬腿走"這個動作
它寫說整個動作能瘦腹又能瘦腿
不知道高抬腿走半小時能不能當成一項減脂運動呢?
