[討論] 啞鈴胸推角度
請問一下大家在做啞鈴胸推時,
手肘的角度是90度還是往胸的方向大約30-45度,
我做的時候手肘會低於胸的水平線增加行程,
所以都會向胸靠大約30度減輕肩的負擔,
但是看很多影片他們都是手肘呈現90度,
但是不會做低於胸水平線,
所以這禮拜我也嘗試一下這種做法,
結果發現胸與肩膀連接處壓力會變大,
可是胸的感受度也有提升,
想問這兩種做法哪一種效益較高?還是會交替練?
