[問題] 重訓完不吃東西有效果嗎?
最近每天都練平板支撐5分鐘 (1分鐘X5次)
跟深蹲100下(20下X5次)
目前持續一周
但是做完都沒補充蛋白質 都是晚上睡前做的 做完完全沒吃東西直接睡
因為我有嚴重胃食道逆流 醫生告知睡前四小時禁食 連水都不能喝
做完直接睡到隔天早上都沒有進食
爬文好像都說做完重訓要趕快補充含蛋白質的食品
請問我這樣的話是不是訓練的效果會出不來呢?

即使是使用monk這種晚上禁食的方式
