[問題] 中餐外食之減脂停滯求救

基礎代謝1800
早餐:300g雞胸肉 360卡
午餐:公司便當(大約抓800卡)
晚餐:主食(200卡) 麵飯不一定 無酌料
蒸蛋(三顆) 210卡
炒蛋(三顆)+油10克 300卡
青菜500克 100卡
總共 1970卡 蛋白質約140
重訓:一周6次 腿背胸腿背胸 目前以6rm的重量
請教這樣的飲食有辦法改善嗎
因為實行兩個禮拜體重都沒有變化
中餐的部分真的沒辦法改變
重訓時間是晚上吃完飯後
目前無有氧
有點氣餒
巨巨們願意鼓勵小魯嗎
