[問題] 減脂飲食方式疑問
各位男女巨巨大家好
最近看了一些減脂的飲食方法
比較多人討論的有低脂飲食和低碳飲食
低脂飲食的營養素比例大約為醣類60%、蛋白質20%、脂肪20%
低碳飲食則是將醣類降至5%
如果將減少的醣類以脂肪代替即為所謂的生酮飲食
營養素比例大約為醣類5%、蛋白質20%、脂肪75%
(這裡沒有要討論生酮飲食拜託大家不要砲我)
我的疑問是
如果將醣類減少的部分以蛋白質取代
即醣類5%、蛋白質75%、脂肪20%
是否也會有減脂的效果
因為上述兩種方式蛋白質都是接近
主要差別是醣類與脂肪高低
比較少討論到蛋白質的部分
麻煩神人替我解惑了
