[問題] 飛輪能否改善鳥仔腳並兼顧有氧
各位前輩們好!
小弟最近想開始恢復做有氧的習慣,
想利用家中的飛輪來練,
不知道如果將飛輪的阻力調高,能否在踩飛輪的同時改善自己的鳥仔腳,
知道去健身房深蹲或是史密斯墊腳比較有用
但還是想請問飛輪能否多少改善我過細的腿><
想請前輩們開示,或是有什麼踩飛輪的方法對於練腿部肌肉特別有幫助也請大大們不吝分享,萬分感謝!!
